The story
Bo Brockett is an Army veteran who lost close friends in Iraq, a loss that set him on years of living with the consequences of his own choices before coming to faith in Jesus began to change the direction of his life.

Telling Bo's story took multiple shoots over weeks: a long form interview, footage of his daily routine, and visits to places connected to his journey. Some of the most effective choices weren't the most obvious ones.
One shot follows Bo cleaning a gun, filmed from behind, using sound rather than his face to carry the tension of the moment. Building trust with Bo mattered as much as any camera decision. His openness is what made shots like that possible in the first place.
